Global Reflection 

During the project I learned that in order for a project to be successful, there should be a leader that is willing to take the first step. For the project I made the PowerPoint giving a push for the rest of the tram to have a clear idea of our campaign. This lead to everyone knowing the meaning of our campaign, so we worked as a team with a good work flow.

Hamzeh: He is a very good team member but one of his weaknesses is the urge to keep on procrastinating when he is not in the mood of working. I tried to make him get used to finishing tasks first to have comfort after. He is very committed to get a good mark for once😂

Christine: Christine works hard but gets distracted easily. She gets the job done however keeps on talking and does not take everything seriously. Overall, she gives a good mood to the project and always does the things she needs too

Sanad: he and hamzeh tackled the tasks together because of their connections and relationships. He is a serious person when he needs to be and you can really tell the he is willing to work and get a good mark.
